Galaxy Tab S10 FE series goes official with flagship-inspired design and bigger batteries

Samsung just officially launched the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series, and it’s clear they’re borrowing heavily from the flagship playbook. The new Fan Edition tablets come in two sizes: an 11-inch S10 FE and a 12.4-inch S10 FE+. Both models offer improved displays, better battery life, and refined designs that mimic the more expensive Tab S10 lineup.

The Galaxy Tab S10 FE and S10 FE+ are aimed at users who want a premium tablet experience without spending flagship money. Samsung has refined the chassis, trimmed down the bezels, and increased the battery capacity across the board. There’s even support for the S Pen, which now attaches magnetically to the back and charges wirelessly—finally catching up to the high-end models.

For performance, both models run on the Exynos 1380 (Wi-Fi) or Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 (5G), depending on the region. The base FE gets 8GB RAM, the FE+ 12 GB, and up to 256GB of storage—no surprises there. Both models also ship with Android 14 and One UI 6.1 out of the box. Samsung is also promising up to four years of OS updates.

Battery life is another big win. The regular FE packs an 8,000mAh cell, while the FE+ jumps to 10,090mAh. Samsung claims you can expect up to 18 hours of video playback. Both models support 45W fast charging, though the charger is, predictably, sold separately.

Both tablets feature Vision Booster for better outdoor viewing and an IP68 rating, which makes them water and dust-resistant. This is something you usually don’t see on tablets in this price range.

The Galaxy Tab S10 FE series will be available in four colors—Mint, Gray, Lavender, and Silver. The prices start at around $449 for the base model and go up for the FE+ and 5G variants. If you’re interested, you can reserve your unit from Samsung’s website.
