AccuWeather is one of the best weather apps available without a doubt, offering a more interactive interface than the ones that typically come preinstalled on your phone. It is great at delivering hyper-local forecasts down to the last minute. However, the current version of the app feels rather plain, with a monotone interface on a background that mimics real-time weather conditions.
