Recently leaked renders by @OnLeaks and Android Headlines have revealed the design and specs of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. The post Leaked renders give us a glimpse of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 appeared first on Phandroid.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 is poised to build upon the foundation of its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, with some minor differences. Now thanks to leaked renders shared by Android Headlines in collaboration with @OnLeaks, we have an idea of what the phone could look like and some of its specs.
Under the hood, the device is set to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite. This is probably the main difference between the Fold 7 and the Special Edition, which launched in 2024 with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset in tow. However, note that the the Snapdragon 8 Elite could be the 7-core variant which will help balance performance and thermals.
As for its display, we’re hearing that the Fold 7 could pack an 8.2-inch inner foldable display and a 6.5-inch outer display. We’re not sure if Samsung will improve the aspect ratio for the outer display. Currently, the Fold 6’s outer display is still a bit too narrow for our liking, so hopefully this is an area Samsung will improve on.
Unfortunately, Samsung will not improve the phone’s battery. Rumors claim that the handset will pack a 4,400mAh battery. This is disappointing compared to phones like the OPPO Find N5, which managed to squeeze a 5,600mAh battery. As for its cameras, the phone will feature a triple camera setup consisting of a 200MP main shooter, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto.
Needless to say, you should take this with a grain of salt for now. Samsung will announce its new foldable in mid-year, so we’ve still got a bit of waiting to do.
