Soundcore recently announced its new AeroClip earbuds, a rather unique approach to wireless audio that we don’t see much of these days. The AeroClip features a clip-on design, which is made to look and feel lightweight all over. What else do they come with though?

The AeroClip’s flexible open-ring connector allows users to clip the earbuds onto the cartilage of the ear. This design also includes a titanium wire within the connector that in theory should provide a more secure fit, although there are additional ear grips that are included for users who require a tighter fit overall. Additionally, the AeroClip features a smaller acoustic chamber that’s designed to reduce in-ear pressure.
Inside each earbud is a 12mm titanium-coated driver, although Soundcore says that it’s also worked on using AI-based software tuning for better-sounding low frequencies. Users can further customize their sound profile via the Soundcore app for mobile devices. The earbuds also come with touch controls for managing music, calls, and access to voice assistants like Google Assistant and Siri.
As for battery, the AeroClip earbuds should last for up to eight hours of playtime, with a total of 32 hours when topping up with the charging case. Additional features include IPX4 water resistance, multipoint connection for simultaneous pairing with two devices, and four beamforming microphones for clearer calls. The earbuds come in Midnight, Champagne Mist, and Rosy Brown, priced at $129.99.
