The onslaught of new and affordable tablet models from various Android brands and manufacturers has certainly seen no shortage over the past couple of years, and it’s a list that only keeps getting bigger. Take for example the new Oppo Pad SE, which is priced at just CNY 899 ($125), making it cheaper than a lot of competitors on the market.

Powered by a MediaTek Helio G100 chip, the Oppo Pad SE is aimed towards younger users and even comes with some educational software baked in, alongside Oppo’s proprietary Android skin. You’re getting an 11-inch LCD screen with a 1920×1200 pixel resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, and a large 9098 mAh battery (with 33W charging) powers the tablet. There’s also a pair of 5MP cameras on the front and back.
The biggest consideration with the Oppo Pad SE is that it’s exclusive for China. At the moment there’s no word on whether or not it will be offered for Western markets (such as Europe) in the future, although its sub 200-dollar price tag should prove popular with budget buyers.
