Seattle Mariners fans have a new way to watch their favorite baseball team with the launch of the ROOT Sports Stream app, revealed by the franchise Friday.
For $19.99/month, the app will stream all Mariners games via web browser and various other platforms, including iOS, Android, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Roku.

Fans in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Alaska and most of Idaho will have access to the live streams.
ROOT Sports cable subscribers will be able to stream games at no additional costs.
There are only four MLB franchises that don’t offer some type of direct-to-consumer streaming product. The Athletics, Giants, and Phillies this week also announced new streaming packages.
It’s part of a shift in how live sports is consumed as more fans “cut the cord” and don’t subscribe to traditional cable TV packages.
As part of the trend, tech giants including Amazon — which streams New York Yankees games — have been spending billions on live sports rights to air games via their own platforms.
The Mariners took full ownership of ROOT Sports in 2023.
