OnePlus Watch 3 open sales delayed due to typo
If you were hoping to get your hands on the OnePlus Watch 3, you’ll have to wait a bit longer as it has been delayed due to a typo! The post OnePlus Watch 3 open sales delayed due to typo appeared first on Phandroid.

The OnePlus Watch 3 was officially announced not too long ago. Official sales of the smartwatch were supposed to kick off today, on the 25th of February. Unfortunately, if you were hoping to get your hands on the smartwatch, you can’t. This is because due to a typo, the OnePlus Watch 3 has been delayed.
According to the announcement on OnePlus’ social media, the company revealed that due to a typo on the OnePlus Watch 3, they will be delaying the release of the smartwatch. Instead of going on sale today, the company has pushed it to April 2025. It seems that on the back of the watch, instead of reading “Made in China”, it reads, “Meda in China” as you can see in the photo below. Yikes!
So, what about those who pre-ordered the smartwatch and received it already? According to OnePlus, customers have two options—they can either keep the smartwatch where they can think of it like a limited edition kind of gadget, or they can return it, no questions asked. The delay to April seems rather long, but if you’re not too fussed about the typo then by all means, keep it.
In the meantime, the company is still accepting pre-orders for the smartwatch. This is a new batch presumably without the typo. Customers can place their pre-orders via OnePlus’ website. Also, remember to use the TIME1010 code upon checkout to get an additional $30 off the price of the wearable.
